Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship, and its auxiliary group activity, is a private membership assembly of sacred beings gathered for educational and entertainment purposes. No information provided is intended to be construed otherwise. As an applicant, and Member, I hereby agree that I take full responsibility for my experience, participation and results and hold Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship (Fellowship), Fellowship managers and fellow members harmless, in perpetuity. I acknowledge that I enter this private relationship knowingly, willingly and intentionally as an act of my own free will in accord with the intent and purposes of Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship. I understand that acceptance as a member of Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship (Fellowship) entitles me to participate in the benefit Pathways available, for members only, now and as they become available. I further understand that entry as a member does not entitle me to participate in a specific educational Pathway as each Pathway is unique and requires additional enrollment and acceptance when I choose to engage with each Pathway. All benefits are given as a gift for all members. Honorarium contributions are gratefully accepted to enable Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship to fulfill its sacred mission and provide quality Pathways and Fellowship experience. I have read, comprehend and agree with the Sacred Honor Fellowship Disclosure and Accord (below as part of this agreement) and am aligned with its purposes and intent. I have read, comprehend and am in accord with the Sacred Honor Educational Fellow Privacy Agreement. I hereby Submit my request for acceptance and recognition as a Fellow in the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship. I agree my Fellowship begins on the date of my acceptance of my Fellowship Request and pledge best efforts to obtain and bring value to Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship. I declare that by joining this Private Membership Association and/or the Association’s affiliated auxiliaries, websites and/or social media group(s), I “new member” comprehend and agree. DISCLOSURE, ACCORD & PRIVACY AGREEMENT This private contractual agreement is entered into by and between Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship (hereinafter “Fellowship,” “we,” “our,” “The Association”) and Fellowship Member (hereinafter “I,” “you,” “your”), collectively “Fellow.” The mission of Fellowship is to provide Fellowship members with a forum to fully provide and discuss manner of private actions and transactions by and between Fellows in a protected environment utilizing the recognized protections and authorities given by Nature and Nature’s God and recognized by and through equitable jurisprudence. Fellowship intends to bring empowering pathways and conversations to Fellowship members, activating each Fellow, individually and collectively, of our relationship for the expression of our divine mandates. We reserve the right to change or update this agreement as we see fit at any time. Guided by the Sacred Scriptures to “do no harm,” and aligned with the protections expressed by the Universal Declaration of Human rights (UDHR), the organic Constitution for the United States of America, constitutions of the several states, the charter of rights of Canada, The Bill of Rights and the Law of Nations, we share proven paths for successful conduct to awaken conscious conduct of affairs, as directed, to be “of the world and not in the world” allowing for establishment of religion, free exercise of religious practices, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom from self incrimination, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, freedom from taking without just compensation and due process of law which lays bare an open forum for the full expression of those rights and responsibilities granted by our Creator. While we use our best efforts for verification and discernment in preparing content for each Pathway presentation and study we make no representation or warranty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the content provided, links, or resources shared by presenters or third parties; furthermore, Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship specifically disclaims any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Whereas, I acknowledge that I may not access this or any member benefit(s) if I am not in accord with the provisions and disclosures of this agreement. Whereas, the following definitions are used throughout this agreement: A. “LIBERTY VOICE COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY”or “LVC” means a Private Ministerial faith based association; B. “Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship” means the Association of private membership association which is an integrated auxiliary educational platform of LIBERTY VOICE COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY. This fellowship is a not-for-profit, not-for-hire benevolent, educational community supported by its member honorarium. Every pathway is intended to provide positive benefit gifts and experience to the Fellowship members; C. “Assemblage” means a collection of people, also, the act of coming together; D. “Assembly” means the concourse or meeting together of a considerable number of people at the same place where the people meet to deliberate upon their rights as are guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, Amendment Article 1; E. “Construction” means that this contract is and shall be determined solely in accordance with the express terms set for herein even when the contract does not speak of when the validity, construction, or administration of this Fellowship may be viewed by a court of law with respect to a particular state; F. “Court of Competent Jurisdiction” means internal arbitration, Constitutionally mandated Article III Section 2 courts, the law of equity, and common law of the California republic; without the United States, this state or any statutory franchise; G. “Domicile” means California, a Republic state without the United States of America, which may be changed as deemed, by Liberty Voice Communications, prudent, necessary, appropriate, or desirable; H. “Fellow” or “Member” means you and others of the Fellowship community who have come into accord with the purposes and intent of the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship, PMA Weekly or affiliated Pathways; I. “Fellowship” means community of interest, activity, feeling, or experience of a state of being a Fellow or associate, the position of a Fellow (as of a university); to admit to fellowship, as in a church; J. “Fellow/Member in good standing” means Member who has not been removed from the Assemblage for disorderly conduct or dishonor; K. “Honorarium”, “contribution”, “exchange”, “donation”, means any amount tendered as a free and gratuitous gift for beneficial enjoyment of existing and future pathways, development of additional pathways, or given as a voluntary donation to support the purposes and intent of LIBERTY VOICE COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY, Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship, PMA Weekly and growth or development of additional Pathways; L.“Jurisdiction” means Ecclesiastic jurisdiction as defined in the collection of books containing and revealing the will of Jesus Christ, teaching us to follow The Golden Rule: Do NO Harm To Others or Their Property regardless that this contract is made in California republic. M. “Pathway,” “benefit” or “gift” means those educational opportunities and related discussions website, Social Media group(s), podcast started by, created by, maintained SACRED HONOR EDUCATIONAL FELLOWSHIP MEMBER REQUEST by, organized by, or direct communication with Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship or other Fellowship Fellows which are available or become available; N. “Private Member Association (PMA)” means an assemblage intended to discuss private entertainment or educational matters restricted to discussions by and between recognized Association Members. O. “Liberti’s Horizon & PMA Weekly” means a private Fellowship based podcast designed to provide the benefit of ongoing discussion for the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship members. P. “Project” means any program, association, fellowship, gathering, society, connection or union of people, or convention, assembled for any reason and especially for the benefit of a Church Ministry. Q. “ Privacy, right of” means the right to be let alone, the right of a person to be free from unwarranted publicity. The right of an individual to withhold himself and his property from public scrutiny, if he so chooses. It is said to exist only so far as its assertion is consistent with law or public policy, and in a proper case equity will interfere, if there is no remedy at law, to prevent an injury threatened by the invasion of, or infringement upon this right from motives of curiosity, gain, or malice; R. “Member Application Acceptance” means when a member has amply read through the terms, and in full consent, agrees & autographs the application agreement. S. Account Merge Request: Member accounts are tracked by email not by name. If you create more than one account from various emails, these are all considered separate accounts that are NOT merged by your name. If you have more than one account it may cause inconsistencies with your user experience across the fellowship. We do not merge member email accounts automatically on the members behalf. Multiple member accounts can be merged if desired and there will be a fee for the merger efforts. Merging Member accounts is an administrative task that takes multiple steps and complex effort to accomplish. Members are encouraged to keep all Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship memberships, pathway enrollments, and fellowship engagement on one primary email for effective member experience, account records and communications. The Fellowship permits members to request consolidation of multiple accounts under a single primary account in order to preserve accurate records, course access, and membership history. Eligibility for merging requires that the requesting member is the rightful owner of all accounts involved and can verify ownership by providing identifying details, including but not limited to name, email addresses, and recent transactions. Merging Member accounts fees are applicable in each account requiring merging. All requests are subject to verification, and Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship reserves the sole right to determine whether accounts qualify for merging and to designate which account will serve as the primary account of record. The Fellowship further reserves the right to deny, delay, or revoke access to an account merge request if ownership cannot be adequately verified, if duplicate accounts compromise system integrity, if accounts cannot be merged, or merging account fees have not been completed, or at its discretion. Members seeking to merge accounts must submit their request to support@sacredhonoref.com. By joining Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship and entering into participation with Sacred Honor Education Fellowship and any and all projects of LIBERTY VOICE COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY, Fellows agree to and align with this DISCLOSURE, ACCORD & PRIVACY AGREEMENT of LIBERTY VOICE COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY and its auxiliaries; THEREFORE, I agree as follows: 1. Fellow declares the right to freely exercise unalienable rights is granted by our Creator, our almighty God, with protection of that grant of right and responsibility for “Creators people; 2. Fellow declares that utilizing the authority of the Law of Nature, the law of contracts, the protections articulated by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), Law of Nations, and the organic Constitution for the United States of America, that we may conduct affairs in private, provide a platform for Fellow members to discuss and engage in the private interaction and association under protections acknowledged and guaranteed by our Supreme Creator; 3. Fellow believes that our objective to provide the Fellowship founders and all Fellowship members a ministerial educational space with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with Fellowship, as well as with other Fellowship members, keeping all matters in the private domain 4. Fellow believes that we may freely express rights of absolute freedom of religion, speech, redress of grievance, assembly for lawful purpose, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, self incrimination, and freedom of association all with intent to express and provide assistance one another in living and asserting those rights and protections; 5. Members agree to contact Fellowship Member Support first regarding any billing issues, not your credit card company first. Enrolled pathways are not eligible for return of funds. The educational product is considered delivered once the course has been entered or 30 days has passed since initial enrollment. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions without notice. If you cancel your membership your website access will be terminated immediately. We do not prorate refunds of unused time. 6. Fellow agrees that the Fellowship will change and evolve policies from time to time at their own discretion. 7. Fellow declares the basic right of all of Fellowship members to decide for themselves the quality and value and wisdom of counsel and advice provided concerning all matters including, but not limited to any and all law, educational, physical, spiritual, mental health assistance, counsel, advise, tips, assistance or any other matter acquired from Fellows or Pathways; while Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship reserves the right to establish dues, exchanges and value of our educational pathways, memberships and events. 8. Fellow affirms the freedom, right and responsibility for each Fellow to choose and perform any type of therapies, treatments, diagnostics, treatments for maintaining optimum health or preventing illness and disease; 9. Fellow affirms the freedom and responsibility of each Fellow to choose any type of Pathway or assistance made available regarding law, religion, education, communication or any other private matter; 10. Fellow recognizes any person(s), natural or otherwise (irrespective of race, color, or religion) or any social media group organized, created, or managed by this Fellowship who is in agreement with these principles and policies as a Fellow, providing said Fellow has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the Fellowship, and will provide a medium through which individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore; 11. Fellow agrees that Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship is protected by the First Amendment to the U. S. Constitution and outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities for settlement of complaint, dispute or grievance of Fellow members or internal matters; 12. I agree that Fellowship with "Fellowship", and any of its affiliates, may be terminated by the Fellowship Trustees, or their designee, at any time, should they conclude after providing due process that a specific Fellow is interacting in any manner contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship or if member Fellows; I agree that all rights of complaints or grievances will be settled internally by binding arbitration by a mutually agreed Association designee, committee, or tribunal and “legal” settlement is waived by the aggrieved member as necessary for the benefit of Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship and its body of members; 13. We DO NOT accept any Memberships under secret, pseudo-names, nicknames, AKAs, Pet names, Initials, use of symbols, or vulgar names. I fully and freely agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a Fellow member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, after internal arbitration and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association; 15. I agree that activities within Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship are a private contractual matter that I agree not to disclose these matters with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies or anyone who is not a member of the Fellowship; 16. I affirm that by agreeing to this Fellowship I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself; 17. I affirm and represent that I am acting in my private, sui juris capacity free from presumption as a public person and that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation; 18. I agree that by joining Fellowship, a private membership association under common law, that I am in alignment with the stated intent and purpose of its Fellowship and seek to help each other achieve better education, health, and good quality of life; 19. I enter into this agreement knowingly, willingly and intentionally, of my own free act and deed without any pressure or coercion. 20. I comprehend that I may withdraw from this Fellowship and terminate my membership in This Association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other Fellow of the Association. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my Fellowship in The Association. 21. I affirm that by agreeing to this Fellowship application acceptance, I acknowledge there are NO RETURNING OF FUNDS Contributions/Dues/Donations/Honorariums for any reason once any of any membership space, course, or pathway has been entered or 30 days has passed since initial enrollment of the membership, course or pathway and that the educational product is considered fully delivered. 22. I have read, comprehended and am in accord with the purposes and intent stated in this Disclosure and Accord and that my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction and I affirm that this agreement is entered into knowingly, willingly and intentionally as an act of my own free will and deed. 23. I affirm that by agreeing to this fellowship agreement I agree to the GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE- disputes or disagreements These Terms shall be construed and governed by equitable laws according to the Bible. You agree to take all reasonable steps to resolve any issue directly with the concerned party(ies). If good-faith efforts fail to resolve an issue, you agree and accept that any lawful action or proceeding shall be adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity (PeacemakerEquity.com) or any other mutually agreed 3rd party mediation/arbitration group if Peacemaker equity is not available, and you expressly waive any objection to this venue or any invocation of forum non conveniens (another forum or court is more appropriate). Additionally, in the event of any dispute or claim relating to or arising out of these Terms of agreement (including, but not limited to, any claims of breach of contract, tort, or infringement), Member/manager agrees that all such disputes/claims will be resolved by means of arbitration or jury decision adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity or agreed upon 3rd party mediator/arbitrator. I have read, comprehend and am in accord with the Sacred Honor Educational Fellow Privacy Agreement & Application agreement.
